Makeup artistry got my eye and heart at age 15, in a high-school theatre
production.
I then went on to study Theatre arts as a major and RTVF radio, television,
video and film. To make a living I worked for major cosmetic lines as
well as for portrait photographers and fashion shows as a freelance makeup
artist in California.
In 2002 I moved to Berlin. I work as freelance makeup artist and have
done makeup including special effects for many low/no-budget films.
At a recent film shoot I needed 32 playing cards painted then cut off
of a body in a 2 months periodic shoot. With a partner I was able to create
and produce a tattoo stencil line and am in charge of the artistic department.
Makeup begeistert mich, seit ich 15-jaehrig an einer Highschool Theater-Produktion
mitgearbeitet habe.
Ich habe dann in San Jose/CA Theater im Hauptfach, und Film, Medien studiert.
Mein Studium habe ich mir als freiberuflicher Makeup Artist bei allen
grossen Kosmetiklinien sowie auch bei Portrait-Fotografen und Modeschauen
verdient.
2002 bin ich nach Berlin gezogen. Ich arbeite als freiberuflicher Makeup
Artist und habe das Makeup, auch special effects, fuer viele no/low budget-Filme
gemacht.
Fuer ein Filmprojekt habe ich dann angefangen, Tattoo-Schablonen auf dem
Computer zu entwerfen.
Das habe ich zu meinem weiteren Beruf gemacht.
Ich bin Mitbegruender von unlimited-stencils und dort verantwortlich fuer
den kuenstlerischen Bereich.
