| Notice: | Gen-u-nique is the word to capture the essence of wardrobe stylist, makeup artist and body painter, Cristy Guy. Being genuine in spirit and unique in creative approach paved the path from her studies at The Fashion Institute of Design in Los Angeles to graphic designer at a high profile sports architecture firm to now… her vibrant career in styling and makeup. Mostly known in the print, TV and video worlds as a stylist and makeup artist, working with clients such as Jim Belushi, Deion Sanders, Big & Rich, Gatorade, Hallmark and Rocawear, soon she added body painter to her repertoire of talents. Body painting was an untapped talent for Cristy. She discovered it only when the call came in from a tie designer asking for his designs to be painted on the chests of male models for his upcoming fashion show. “I was hooked after that project. I love it! Body painting combines my passions of wardrobe and makeup into one extremely creative outlet.” |
